At WPS Handrails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and railing systems. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your home project, you can return standard items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your handrail components in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value metal components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
